OPP Trimmer Casted Flywheel 

Production Information: This flywheel is used with the digital ignition module in the trimmer. The material for this flywheel is aluminum alloy ADC12. This is casted with two-cavity tooling in the 300T/400T die casting machines.  The diameter of the part is 9.70cm, and the part weight is 0.36kg. The outer diameter is machined and the magnet is charged.  The factory started to do the aluminum die casting for the flywheel from 2006. We have total 14sets of die casting machines (300T&400T) for production. Half of them are with robotic arms. There are 14 machining and inspection lines for the flywheel. Half of them are automatic.  We can also design and make the tooling for the flywheel by ourselve.  The related inspection equipments are all available, such as X-Ray machine, CMM, spin test machines.  Rich Experience!
