105°C XL LSOH FR PO Insulation Compounds are eco-friendly halogen-free crosslinkable polyolefin insulation with low smoke, low corrosion and low toxicity. Designed for 2.5 mm² and above cables meeting single vertical and Class A bundle flame retardant standards, it is highly recommended for BYJ building wires. Free-flow cylindrical pellets can be colored with polyolefin masterbatches; black masterbatch shall be applied carefully to prevent surface bloom. The material delivers balanced mechanical properties and outstanding flame resistance with good extrudability. Tube or pressure extrusion dies are available, matched with screws of L/D 18–25 and compression ratio under 3:1. Max processing temperature is 185°C, with suggested zones: feed 140–155°C, compression 160–165°C, metering 165°C, die 160°C.
