How does a solenoid pump work in a steam oven?
1. Pumping and circulation:
When the steam oven needs to generate steam, the mini solenoid pump starts working. It drives the rotor inside the pump body to rotate through electromagnetic action, generating suction and extracting water from the water storage tank or built-in water box. The extracted water is pressurized by the pump body and transported through pipelines to the steam generation device or heating element.
2. Heating generates steam:
The water transported to the steam generation device is heated at high temperatures, usually through electric heating elements or infrared heating.
Water is rapidly converted into steam during the heating process, which is usually completed in a sealed steam generator to ensure the purity and pressure of the steam.
