Adjustable Fish-Scale Sieve Assembly for Wheat Harvesters

The upper and lower sieve assembly is the core cleaning component of large wheat combine harvesters. Constructed from multiple specifications of cold-rolled steel plate and profile steel through precision welding, the assembly features multiple rows of fish-scale sieve blades arranged across its surface. During the cleaning process, the sieve separates wheat grains from straw, chaff, and impurities by adjusting the opening angle of the sieve blades, significantly improving grain purity and reducing post-harvest cleaning workload. Each sieve blade is engineered for smooth, jitter-free adjustment, allowing operators to fine-tune separation performance for different crop conditions and moisture levels. Linear and geometric tolerances are executed at A/E grade precision, and the finished assembly receives overall galvanizing for superior corrosion resistance.
