This products is an airplane wings parts of Aero Structural components. We used S136 mold steel with the hardness of HRC 48 - 52 for mold making, the mold life can be reached more than 500,000 shots.  We also need to ensure the product meets the material performance standards for aerospace components, so we used is PEI during producing. Mold cavity is 1*1, fewer cavities can control the cost while ensuring the precision of the product, very suitable for small batch production.
