Rubber-reinforced inflatable seals are elastic elements that achieve sealing through internal air pressure regulation. Their core principle utilizes the compressibility of gas and the elasticity of rubber to form a tight seal inflatable interface under the influence of internal and external pressure differences. After inflation, the seal's wall expands and tightly adheres to the sealed surface, filling irregular gaps (such as dynamic gaps of 3-5mm or more), forming a continuous sealing line or surface. After depressurization, the seal quickly retracts, reducing contact wear and opening/closing resistance.
