Armcoltherm LS (-94℃~230℃) NSF HT1 Heat Transfer Fluid
Armcoltherm LS is a specialized synthetic methylcyclohexane-based heat transfer fluid engineered for extreme chilling and cryogenic secondary coolant loops operating across a broad temperature range from -115°C to 175°C. Formulated specifically for deep sub-zero conditions, it maintains extremely low viscosity at low temperatures, enabling exceptional convective heat flux, reduced pumping energy, and efficient circulation without fluid freezing or pump cavitation. Its thermal stability resists cracking and degradation over extended operating cycles.
The fluid is widely utilized in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) deep-cold crystallization, vacuum freeze-dryer shelf temperature control, and low-temperature environmental testing chambers.
Armcoltherm LS serves as a direct 1:1 drop-in replacement for Eastman Therminol® VLT. Sharing identical thermophysical properties, pumping characteristics, and…
