Carbide roller ring with high hardness

This tungsten carbide roller is one of our hot sale products. The chemical of this WC roller is 80WC-20Co+Ni+other. This density is 13.40-13.70g/cm³. Because of the WC, the carbdie roller has high hardness, as>81.5HRA. It can be widely used to different steel and non-ferrous metal industres, such as wire rolling, bar rolling,narrow strip rolling and so on. Our Tungsten Carbide Roll Rings sprcifications cover 100-450mm. The carbide ring travers rupture strength is >2700N/mm³ and compressive strength is >3200N/mm³.
