First, the outer circle finish turning and end face machining are completed to ensure roundness and dimensional consistency. Subsequently, central hole drilling and precision internal thread machining are performed to guarantee the coaxial accuracy between the flow channel and the thread. The lateral multi-hole and window structures are synchronously milled or side-drilled using powered tools, with multiple processes completed under the same clamping condition to ensure hole spacing consistency and fluid channel symmetry.
