Continuous vacuum quenching furnace (bonded NdFeB) is a continuous production equipment that melts NdFeB alloy raw materials under vacuum conditions, pours them into the tundish crucible to adjust the temperature again after reaching the predetermined process conditions, sprays them onto the molybdenum wheel after reaching the temperature conditions, and throws them into amorphous thin sheets, which are crushed, cooled, and collected.   Product Overview: The induction melt quenching furnace uses high-frequency induction heating in the atmosphere to melt iron-based and iron-nickel-based alloys.
