Product Description   Marine shaft forgings transfer engine torque to propellers or generators. We open-die forge carbon, low-alloy and stainless steels (C45, 34CrNiMo6, 25Cr2Ni4MoV, SUS 316L) into bars 150–2 000 mm Ø, ≤23 m long, ≤50 t weight. Melting route EBT+LF+VD (optional ESR) gives purity ≤15 ppm H, ≥3.5 forging ratio. Rough or finish-machined delivery covers tail, intermediate and thrust shafts with ABS/DNV/BV/CCS approval.     Performance Normalise or Q&T yields 450–750 MPa yield, 650–950 MPa tensile, ≥35 J at –40 °C; mechanical tests at 1/4-radius. 100 % UT to EN 10228-2 and MT to ASTM E709 ensure freedom from cracks; straightness ≤1 mm/m and dynamic balance to ISO 21940 G2.5 eliminate onboard vibration.   Features 360° grain flow doubles fatigue life versus bar stock; integral forging of flanges, journals and keyways removes welds.
