The single-sphere rubber joint, also known as a rubber flexible joint, vibration reducer, pipeline vibration isolator, shock absorber hose, etc., is a widely used connecting element in piping systems. Structural Characteristics The single-sphere rubber joint consists of a fabric-reinforced rubber component and a flat loose joint. The spherical body is composed of a rubber tube with an inner rubber layer, a reinforcement layer (multi-layer scraped rubber nylon cord fabric), and an outer rubber layer compounded together. Based on appearance, single-sphere rubber joints are classified into concentric equal-diameter, concentric reducing-diameter, and eccentric reducing-diameter types.
