MIF1004: Hojama high-precision 10mm diameter ball screw kit
Ball screw assemblies are metal parts, mostly made of steel. They have a nut with internal threads and a screw shaft, and the helical grooves on the nut match up with those on the screw shaft. Inside these grooves, the ball nut holds a bunch of small steel balls. When these steel balls move around inside the ball nut, they make the screw shaft run nice and smooth. There's a deflector or return system that keeps the balls in place and guides them through the nut. When you pair ball screws with a motor, they can work with efficiency up to 96% or even higher.
Miniature ball screws find use in many areas:
Aerospace: They give precise control for aerospace uses, making sure things are accurate and reliable.
Electronics: HOJAMA ball screws enable electronic manufacturing processes to have high-precision movement and positioning.
Automotive: They're used for accurate control in equipment for automotive assembly and testing.
