Double Wall Racks Outdoor Enclosures are engineered for 19-inch IT, telecom and power equipment that must survive extreme heat, cold, dust and vandalism outside the shelter. Fabricated from 2 mm galvanized or 304/316L stainless steel, the cabinet uses a twin-wall "sandwich" construction with an air gap that acts as a thermal barrier, cutting heat gain by up to 7 °C compared with single-skin boxes .   The inner wall hosts adjustable 19-inch rails (20–40 U), while the outer shell carries IP66 sealing, UV-stable polyester powder and an anti-vandal multi-point lock.
