Drill Collar Slips A Series

The drill collar, as a component of the drill string, is an extremely industrialized tubular structure used to drill underground and provide the weight of the drill bit for drilling. It is used in combination with drill pipes. There are mainly smooth and spiral groove types. Our manufacturing process has passed API  specification 7-1 certification. The drill collar is made of AISI 4145 H or 4145 H modified alloy steel. Drill holes from one direction without any mismatches. All drill collars have undergone heat treatment, with a hardness between 285 and 341 BHN, ensuring a depth of one inch below the surface of the pipeline. Non magnetic drill collars provide strength and hardness, while preventing magnetic interference that may damage the accuracy of magnetic measurements.
