PPA Processing Aid Masterbatch for Extrusion and Molding Our PPA Processing Aid Masterbatch also known as rheology masterbatch or flow smoothing masterbatch is a functional concentrate made with LLDPE or PE as the carrier. It contains a high concentration of fluoropolymer processing aid combined with antioxidants and dispersants through extrusion pelletizing. This product is designed to solve melt flow defects in polyolefin extrusion and to improve surface finish and processing efficiency. The fluoropolymer component coats the internal surfaces of the extrusion die. This creates a thin lubricating layer that reduces friction between the molten polymer and the metal wall. As a result melt fracture is eliminated and die buildup is significantly reduced. The carrier resin matches the target polymer to ensure good compatibility and even distribution.
