The specific process is as follows: Wet material is continuously fed into the fluidization section of the dryer by the feeding device. Clean hot airflow, after filtration and heating, is uniformly introduced from the gas distribution plate at the bottom of the dryer. When the airflow velocity reaches the critical fluidization velocity, the material particles are lifted by the airflow, overcoming their own gravity to form a suspended state.
