Our flanged bucket pins set the industry benchmark for reliable power transmission and connection performance in construction machinery and excavators.
These welded pins are made from 45# steel or 40Cr steel. The base body is quenched and tempered to a hardness of HB 280–320. After rough machining, they undergo medium-frequency induction hardening and tempering. Following finish machining, welding is performed. Finally, surface coating is applied according to customer requirements.
The technical parameters of these welded pins are as follows:
Quenched and tempered hardness: HB 280–320
Surface hardness: HRC 58–62
Effective hardened layer depth: 2–4 mm
These welded pins feature high base hardness, high compressive strength, high surface hardness, and excellent wear resistance.
