Gel Pen Assembly Machine with Labeling Feature

The K35 gel pen assembly machine with labeling (one out and two circular track type) is an integrated automated device specially designed for the K35 series gel pens. It takes the dual-station circular track transmission as the core and simultaneously realizes the assembly of the pen barrel, pen core, and tail stopper as well as the integrated processing of pen body labeling. It is compatible with all K35 series specifications (0.5/0.7mm). Meet the production demand of seamless connection between "assembly and marking" in stationery factories. ​ The equipment adopts a circular closed track structure, with two workstations operating synchronously along the track. The assembly section is equipped with a K35 dedicated positioning fixture, and the pen lead implantation is calibrated by a servo top pin, with a concentricity error of ≤0.04mm, avoiding ink breakage during writing.
