Heavy Duty Pneumatic Lift

Pneumatic Lift (Air Lifter / Carbon Lifter) is the core conveying equipment for gold and silver cyanide CIP/CIL production lines. Powered by compressed air, it efficiently lifts and transfers pulp and activated carbon between leaching and adsorption tanks. It can be seamlessly matched with crushers, ball mills, vibrating screens, agitation tanks, filters and flotation machines to form a complete and efficient gold ore processing line.   With no moving parts, the pneumatic lift features stable operation, low carbon abrasion, easy maintenance and low operation cost. During working, compressed air is injected into the main lifting pipe through the air branch pipe, reducing pulp density and forming pressure difference to push pulp and activated carbon upward to the elevated tank or next process.
