This hydraulic flip concrete machine uses proportional control valves to adjust flip speed continuously throughout the entire 180 degree arc of rotation, starting slowly when the mold is horizontal, speeding up in the middle of the stroke, and slowing down again as the mold approaches the final demolding position. The large hydraulic concrete flip demould machine design ensures that even tall, slender products like lamp posts, fence posts, or small diameter drainage pipes demould vertically without bending stress that could cause invisible micro-cracks.
