The BMO-8026GP is a high-power nitrogen source designed for single or multiple laser cutting machines of 80,000 watts and above. The entire machine has a power of 60kW, is compatible with a three-phase five-wire 380V power supply, has a maximum nitrogen production capacity of 250Nm³/h, and the purity is adjustable from 85% to 99%. The working pressure is 2.0MPa (adjustable), and the outlet dew point is -40℃. It operates stably in an environment ranging from 0 to 40℃, with a low noise level of 85dB. The DN20 interface supports multiple units in parallel. The high cleanliness with an oil content of ≤0.1mg/m³ ensures the service life of the equipment. It measures 2200×2200×2800mm and weighs 5000kg, supporting large-scale centralized gas supply.   Compared with other gas sources, when cutting 16-45mm carbon steel, there are no burrs in the 16-26mm range, only slight burrs in the 26-30mm range, and only soft burrs in the 30-45mm range.
