Hydraulic Automatic Belt Correction Device
Working Principle:
The device consists of a power output device composed of a detection wheel and an oil pump, an actuator composed of a logic valve and an oil cylinder, and is then connected to the correction roller frame. When the belt is centered, it does not contact the left and right detection rollers, which is normal operation. If the belt is running off to the left, the left power output device is activated. The actuator adjusts the position of the correction roller according to the logic valve, generating a reverse thrust to push the belt towards the center. Conversely, if the belt is off to the right, the right power output device is activated.
