Industrial Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump

Overview: GD and D type pumps are used for delivery of water without solid partical. DF and D2 type pumps are used in mine for delivery of acidic pit water. The temperture of all mediums can not be higher than 80℃.   Performance range: flow rate: Q=100~515m³/h (GD, D type )               Q=27~346m³/h (DF, D2 type ) head: H=66~700m (GD, D type )          H=66~459m  (DF, D2 type )     Structure: This pump is horizontal, single-suction, multi-stage segmental centifugal pump. Water inlet can be horizontal or vertical and water outlet is vertical. Suction casing, midpiece and spit out section are connected through poles. Pump rotor is consist of impeller and balancing disc on the shaft, the whole rotor is supported by 2 roller bearings at both ends of the pump. The bearing is lubricated by oil. The axial thrust is balanced by balancing disc.   Shaft Seal: Stuffing box at both ends of shaft and use soft packing for seal. Put water with pressure into stuffing box as water seal.
