LD36DG4 Heavy-Duty Crawler Dozer Mid and small dozers lack strong thrust on large open pits and bulk filling projects. Piled waste rock demands repeated grading and stripping, cutting earthmoving productivity and forcing extra rework, a major bottleneck for mining and construction sectors. Fitted with high-power drive systems and large U-shaped blades, the LD36DG4 outputs strong drawbar pull and fast ground leveling, fit for mine topsoil clearance, river bank backfill and large lot flattening jobs.   This crawler dozer weighs 36,000 kg, carrying a standard 11.5 m³ U-blade with 1,260 mm max lift height and 540 mm max cutting depth. Its diesel engine hits 265 kW rated power at 2000 rpm and 1,480 N·m peak torque. A three-speed hydraulic transmission delivers up to 520 kN traction force. 610 mm wide track pads bring ground pressure down to 0.13 MPa, supporting 30-degree maximum climbing capacity.
