Lost Foam Coating for Casting

Lost Foam Coating is a special clay sand casting material and cast iron auxiliary material, developed specifically for the lost foam casting process. It can form a dense, high-temperature resistant protective coating on the surface of the foam pattern, preventing molten iron penetration, sand adhesion, and carbon defects. It is a core consumable to ensure casting quality in lost foam casting production.
