With width options from 650 mm up to 2,550 mm, it serves both label and corrugating facings, flexible packaging, heavy paperboard, and specialty films. Substrate tolerances extend from 100 to 450 gsm and beyond, supporting polyolefins and films above 25 μm . The zero-speed splice mode ensures that even resin-based flexo printing—known to be sensitive to lap thickness—remains unaffected, as the tape-butt splice does not add structural anomalies.
