Description Manta F1039 has an ethoxylated non-ionic hydrophilic group, which has good water solubility and excellent surface activity. It can reduce the surface tension of the liquid, so it has excellent wettability and emulsification. It is an ideal emulsifier for a variety of silicone oils and other oily raw materials.
