PROOUCT EXPLAIN
The periodic vacuum induction casting furnace (water-cooled disc type) is mainly used for rare earth permanent magnet alloys, solid hydrogen storage alloys, etc. It is a periodic production equipment that heats and melts iron-based or nickel-based alloys by induction heating in a vacuum or inert gas environment, pours them onto a quenching roller through a constant current casting tilting system to quickly solidify into thin sheets, and finally cools them on a water-cooled disc for secondary cooling and stirs them into alloy thin sheets.
VGI-SC series vacuum induction casting furnace is specially used for the production of NdFeB alloy sheets. It is a production equipment that performs induction heating, melting and refining of NdFeB raw materials in a vacuum or atmosphere environment, and realizes constant flow pouring, rapid cooling into thin sheets and homogenization treatment on a water cooling plate.
