Pit Type Strip Accumulator for Steel Pipe Processing

Floor Type Accumulator / Pit Accumulator   The Accumulator​ (or Accumulator) acts as a "buffer tank" in the middle of the production line, storing or releasing strip when upstream and downstream speeds don't match. When the downstream flying saw changes coils or stops, the looper pays out stored material to keep the upstream main mill running—enabling true non-stop production.     Equipment comes in various structures including spiral, horizontal, and floor types, allowing flexible selection based on workshop space and process speed. The core lies in constant tension control and automatic edge guiding, preventing strip slack, deviation, or scratching during accumulation—making it a key device for ensuring line continuity.
