Product Process: Using wire-cut EDM technology, the sheet metal is cut with extreme precision to create the complex shapes and precise dimensions of the mold blades. The mating surfaces are then ground using precision surface grinders and internal and external cylindrical grinders to ensure dimensional accuracy. After quality inspection, once the mold parts pass quality inspection, they are loaded onto the mold base for assembly and test stamping.
