Precision ZGM Vibrating Feeder System

ZGM Series Vibrating Feeder is essential feeding auxiliary equipment supporting coal washing equipment and mineral processing equipment, installed at the front of the crusher for continuous quantitative feeding. The equipment uses resonance vibration principle to drive the trough body for reciprocating vibration, realizing even spreading of bulk ore and coal materials. It can screen out fine powder materials in advance to improve the processing efficiency of the crusher, and effectively prevent ore blockage at the crusher feed port. In coal washing and mineral processing production, materials discharged from the raw ore bin are fed to the crusher through ZGM vibrating feeder for primary crushing. After crushing, materials are sent to vibrating screen for multi-stage classification.
