This is a medical testing equipment frame.   Applications: Hospitals, laboratories, research institutions, etc.   Advantages and Features: Medical sheet metal fabrication utilizes a conductive oxidation treatment, resulting in uniform thickness and a high-quality surface finish. Stylish and durable, the gaps between each component are uniform, and the frame bottom's flatness and verticality are controlled within 0.2mm, ensuring smooth installation.   Product Processing: AL5052 aluminum sheet is cut using an AMADA CNC punch press or AMADA laser cutting machine. After press-riveting and countersinking, the sheet is bent using an AMADA press brake. After bending, the sheet is riveted and assembled. The sheet undergoes a conductive oxidation treatment and is baked at 200°C. The sheet is then assembled, tested, and packaged for storage.
