RECTANGULAR FIN TUBE Rectangular Fin Tube is another name of H/HH Fin Tube, is formed by two pieces of steel plate with inner arc symmetrically welded to the bare pipe. The Rectangular Fin Tube is made by flash resistance welding, the weld fusion rate is high providing good tensile strength,and good heat conduction performance, and the heat transfer area is greatly extended. The Rectangular Fin Tube has single-tube(H type) and double-tube(HH type), wherein the single-tube fin structure is more flexible in design, and has a better cooling effect, generally used in a high temperature section. The double-tube type has better structural rigidity and can be applied to applications where longer tube is required. The fin material can be made of carbon steel or heat-resistant alloy steel depending on the temperature.
