Product Description Scraping and soaking heavily soiled tableware by hand can take up a surprising amount of time in a busy restaurant kitchen. When plates, bowls or other washable items arrive with grease and dried food residue, sending them straight to the next washing stage may not be the most efficient workflow. The Hengze HZ-GP1500 Commercial Bubble Washer is designed to add an active pre-cleaning stage before the main washing process. Instead of leaving items in still water, the machine uses vortex-style bubble agitation to keep water moving around the load, helping loosen food residue and grease during soaking. Its 250 L tank provides the capacity required for busy foodservice operations. Water temperature can be adjusted between 40°C and 55°C, while a 6 kW heating system keeps the washing water heated during operation.
