The FF-636M series electro-hydraulic servo valve is a linear direct drive flow servo proportional valve, with a flow range of 4L/min to 40L/min under a pressure difference of 7MPa. This type of servo valve is directly driven by a proportional solenoid, without a pilot stage or internal throttling holes, resulting in low leakage, low hydraulic power consumption, strong anti pollution ability, and minimal impact on valve dynamics due to reduced system oil supply pressure. The LVDT valve core position sensor is used internally for position closed-loop control, resulting in small hysteresis, high resolution, and good repeatability accuracy. Compared to general servo valves, this series of products has multiple power-off safety position functions to choose from, which can keep the system in a set safe state after unexpected power failure.
