SPC Click Floor Production Line 

The SPC floor production line by Jiahao Machinery is designed to produce high-quality SPC flooring with a thickness of 2-8mm and a width of 1220mm. The production line consists of several machines, including an extruder, a calender, a laminator, a hot press, a cutting machine, and a stacker. The extruder is used to melt and mix the raw materials, including PVC, calcium carbonate, and other additives. The calender is used to flatten the material and give it a uniform thickness. The laminator is used to apply a decorative film to the surface of the SPC flooring. The hot press is used to compress and heat the material, giving it its final shape and thickness. The cutting machine is used to cut the SPC flooring into the desired length, and the stacker is used to stack the finished products.
