Our SPC extrusion production line adopts advanced technology and automation control throughout the entire process from raw material mixing to finished product cutting, ensuring that every SPC floor meets the highest standards. High Performance Extrusion System Twin screw extruder: Adopting a professionally designed conical twin screw extruder (or parallel twin screw), it has excellent plasticizing ability and high torque output, ensuring uniform and efficient melting and mixing of PVC resin and high proportion stone powder/calcium carbonate raw materials (the main component of SPC rigid core). T-shaped die and precision rolling: equipped with dual flow T-shaped die to ensure uniform thickness of the sheet.
