This product is made of SS316L stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, making it one of the ideal materials for manufacturing high demand components. In the processing, we first use CNC Milling technology, starting from a 25mm thick plate, and use 5-Axis CNC Milling equipment to accurately mill the shape and process 4 10.5mm small holes. To ensure a surface finish of Ra0.8, a 1mm allowance is reserved during processing, and Kennameta brand stainless steel blades from the United States are used. The rough machining speed is set to 2000 revolutions per minute to ensure efficient cutting and dimensional stability.
