Unshaped Ramming Mass for Ladle Linings is a free-flowing, unbonded monolithic refractory material customized for on-site ladle lining compaction construction. Different from pre-burned high-alumina bricks and cement-bonded castable refractory, this unshaped ramming material adopts aggregate-micropowder graded formula without additional cement binders. It relies on mechanical ramming compaction and in-situ high-temperature sintering to form a seamless, ultra-dense refractory lining layer, which is widely applicable for rapid repairing and integral lining construction of various iron, steel and non-ferrous metal ladles.
