Our ceramic rubber composite wear panel is engineered specifically for this tough working condition.   Individual 92% or 95% alumina ceramic tiles are securely bonded to a thick rubber substrate through high-temperature vulcanization. Unlike simple glued liners, our integrated structure resists delamination even under repeated heavy blows. The hard ceramic surface withstands constant particle abrasion, while the elastic rubber layer dissipates impact force, dampens vibration and lowers workplace noise.   This composite lining can be easily installed via bolting or adhesive bonding. It is flexible enough to fit curved or irregular surfaces of bins, transfer chutes and conveyor transition zones.
