SINHO lined alumina ceramic elbow

Product Introduction SINHO flanged ceramic lined bend consists of painted carbon steel outer pipe with integrated flanges on both ends and inner high purity 92%/95% alumina ceramic lining. The elbow is the most vulnerable part suffering material erosion in pipeline. The flanged design enables bolt connection without field welding, easy installation and maintenance. Two manufacturing options: SHS centrifugal integrated molding and tile pasted ceramic lining. The white alumina ceramic lining is combined with black anti-corrosion painted steel shell. It is widely used for abrasive solid-gas and solid-liquid medium turning conveying. Matched ceramic straight pipe, tee and reducer with same flange standard available for full pipeline system.
