3D3C PIV Particle Image Velocimetry System

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION The Volumetric 3D3C PIV System is expanded by a lens system into a three-dimensionalvolumetric light source, illuminating tracer particles distributed within the flow field.The scattered light from particles at different time points is captured by fourcameras positioned at distinct angles. The four resulting particle images arereconstructed using specialized software to generate a volume containing thethree-dimensional grayscale distribution of the particles. Through three-dimensional cross-correlation analysis, the spatial three-dimensional motionvectors of the particles are determined. Multi-laser 3D3C PIV Testing Unit: velocities range from 0 to 700 m/s, with themeasurement volume size determined by hardware parameters. The measure-ment medium consists of transparent fluids such as water or air.
