75 Ferrosilicon (Si 74-80%)
Production: Direct current electric arc furnace smelting, electromagnetic stirring technology ensures composition segregation ≤3%, oxygen content ≤200ppm.
Application: Nuclear-grade zirconium alloy additive (for enhancing corrosion resistance); Silicon strengthening elements in special stainless steels (such as 254SMO).
Packaging: Lead-sealed stainless steel tank (100kg), with inert gas protection inside, in compliance with the quality assurance QA standards of the nuclear industry.
Deep processing: Electron beam melting is used to prepare ultra-high purity ferrosilicon (5N grade) for sputtering targets.
Transportation: A radioactive exemption certificate is required. During port transshipment, the goods should be isolated and stored in a dangerous goods warehouse.
