Closed Impeller Made from Corrosion-Resistant Copper Alloy

This high-end closed impeller is precisely cast from ZCuSn10Zn copper alloy. With a blade wall thickness of only 3mm, it combines high strength and corrosion resistance - it can withstand strong acid and alkali cleaning media with a pH value ranging from 1 to 13 (such as sulfuric acid solution and sodium hydroxide solution). Meanwhile, its thermal conductivity is 40% higher than that of stainless steel impellers, which can simultaneously cool the pump body sealing cavity and extend the service life of the mechanical seal. Its fully enclosed flow channel is finely ground, with a surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm.
