Continuously Transposed Cable (CTC) is a magnet wire composed of a certain number of enameled flat wires arranged in two rows in sequence, continuously compiled by a special process and wrapped by a specific insulating material. It is mainly used for manufacturing windings of large oil-immersed power transformers, reactors and large-capacity dry-type transformers.   Using transposed conductor to manufacture transformer can improve the space utilization rate of winding, reduce the volume and cost, and more importantly, reduce the additional loss of circulating current and eddy current caused by leakage magnetic field. At the same time, it has the advantages of improving the mechanical strength of winding and saving winding time.   Dimensional accuracy of conductor a: 0.005 mm b: 0.01 mm.   Yield strength (copper) 80-300 n/mm Yield strength (aluminum) 60-90 n/mm.   insulation material:   Power cable paper, high-density insulating paper, heat-resistant insulating paper, high-elongati…
