Insulated Film Wrapped Flat sintered wire

Film wrapped sintered wire is a type of winding wire produced by wrapping the film around copper or aluminium conductors and then sintering it, thereby bonding the film layers together and to the conductor to form a single unit. It is characterised by high mechanical strength, high insulation resistance, excellent heat resistance, strong solvent resistance and good corona resistance. Copper magnet wire: Suitable for windings in traction motors, submersible motors, submersible pumps, salt field motors, hoisting motors, and high-voltage electrical equipment. It is characterised by special properties such as resistance to high temperatures, extreme cold, radiation, combustion and organic solvents. Aluminium polyimide film sintered wire: Suitable for various motor windings operating at high voltages, high power levels, or in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.
