Foundry Compound Sand Casting Material

This foundry compound sand is an integrated clay sand casting material and cast iron auxiliary material, which integrates core components such as foundry sodium bentonite, foundry coal powder, and foundry starch through scientific proportioning, and can be directly used in green sand casting production without additional deployment. The product uses graded sand as the base material, combined with high-purity sodium bentonite (content 18%-22%), low-sulfur foundry coal powder (8%-12%), and modified foundry starch (3%-5%). Advanced mixing technology ensures uniform distribution of components, with sand mold wet compressive strength reaching 0.18-0.25MPa, air permeability ≥80, and excellent collapsibility, which can effectively avoid casting defects such as cracks and shrinkage holes.
