Halogen-Free Low Smoke Thermoplastic Cable Compounds, also known as Thermoplastic Compounds and Optical Cable Compounds, are flame-retardant, low-corrosive and low-toxic materials. They are designed for tight jacket and sheathing of indoor single-core, dual-core and multi-core optical cables, including medium and large-sized indoor OFNR cables, and are especially suitable for remote optical cables requiring high and low temperature cycling from -40℃ to 95℃. The material can be directly colored or blended with polyolefin color masterbatches. It features excellent mechanical properties, reliable flame retardancy, good anti-blocking performance at high temperature, low thermal shrinkage and outstanding overall extrusion processability. It delivers stable electrical insulation to protect cables during long-term operation.
