When stainless steel production faces the challenge of chromium loss and casting processes are constrained by graphite morphology control, our 30-35 silicon iron alloy is becoming a driving force for industry change. By combining large-scale ore smelting furnaces with real-time component detection systems, we ensure that the silicon recovery rate of each batch of products remains stable at over 92%, laying the foundation for high-quality applications.In the field of steelmaking, this product can form an effective melt pool protective layer, reducing chromium loss rate by about 35%; In casting applications, adding only 1% of this alloy can achieve a graphite spheroidization rate of over 95%, significantly improving material properties.
